Leadership Consulting & Advisors

Nick Otte and Jordan Singleton met in 2013 while serving in the United States Marine Corps. After going their separate ways after separating from the Marines, they stayed in close contact with each other. While catching up with one another, Nick recommended Jordan read the book, “The Dichotomy of Leadership” by Jocko Willink.

Between the two of them, they questioned about 50 close friends and family about what their biggest frustrations were at work. Nick and Jordan realized there was one common factor to most complaints; their boss. With a strong desire to share their background and help managers become better leaders, they started Diverse Interactions in 2019.

“The ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones that do.”
